The hotel offered an excellent Christmas dinner with a variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient as it was close to many attractions and activities. The staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.
The noise level from the street outside was disturbing, especially during early morning hours. the Wifi signal was weak and spotty, causing frustration when trying to use it in the room.

We loved the clean and bright rooms with new sheets and curtains. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. The location was convenient, being just a short walk from both the bus station and the central Plaza.

The pool was decent and the breakfast was nice. The hotel was located just a short walk from the main square, which was convenient. It was also nice to have a bar on site to grab a drink before heading out.
The rooms were outdated and not very clean. The sheets had stains on them and the bathroom was not up to par. The noise level at night was also really loud, making it difficult to sleep. the hotel needs some major updates and better cleaning standards.
